A sous chef is second in charge of the kitchen under the executive chef. At home the sous chef title is shared amongst my adorable little Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.   Baker 1, Copper 11, and Toddie 6 have their spot in the kitchen. They watch my every move to make sure I do my job well and drop something  once in a while for ” quality control”.  I must be doing an ok job so far, there hasn’t been one complaint from the boys and they always show up for work every day. That’s dedication I wish I had in all my staff.
